Picasso^®: The Art of sustainable coating

Picasso^® is more than a cardboard with water-based coating. It’s an entire line of solutions designed for food packaging that eliminates the need for plastic film: cellulose-based products coated with an aqueous dispersion coating, ensuring barrier properties against grease and humidity, and suitability for contact with all types of food.

Applications
Glued trays, thermoformed trays, industrial sector.

Features
Resistance to oven and microwave cooking, and to low-temperature storage (refrigeration and freezing); sealability.

Finishes
White/white, white/kraft, and kraft/kraft. The uncoated side is customizable.

Sustainability
Products are available with FSC^® and PEFC certifications upon request. Recyclable with paper according to the
Aticelca^® method. The Picasso^® Natura product is also certified as a CIC compostable material.
