FoodPlex^®: ultra-thin multilayer materials for food packaging

The Foodplex^®  range counts ultra-thin multilayer materials for food packaging, designed by Eurobrillance to minimize the plastic content in the final product while maintaining the barrier properties of standard thickness films.

These are highly resistant to thermal stress and suitable for customization and thermoforming.

All the Foodplex^® products are have been implemented by PLASTIGRAF TREVIGIANA thanks to the exclusive international partnership signed in 2024.

Applications
Food packaging: peelable, susceptor, sealable and skin-pack solutions.

Features
Grease, oil and Aroma barriers. Suitable for thermoforming trays and for lamination with corrugated cardboard. Designed for freezing and for baking in both conventional ovens and microwaves.

Finishes
Excellent printability and convertibility. Colored finishes available on request.

Sustainability
Lower environmental impact compared to traditional extruded materials. Designed for recyclability in the paper stream, depending on the final packaging composition.
