DISPERSION COATING

We perform protective coatings on paper and cardboard, without glue and plastic. These are aqueous dispersion, without PFAS. Water resistant, grase and oil resistant, high barrier to water vapour, heat sealable at different temperatures, suitable for food packaging, printable and recyclable with paper.

RECYCLABLE PACKAGING

RECYCLING PLASTIC IS NOT ENOUGH

Being aware that recycling plastic does not represent the only solution to combat pollution from incorrect disposal, together with the main analytical laboratories we have developed a multi-material multi-layer packaging that can be recycled in selective paper waste collection and completely discarded in paper recycling systems, within the parameters of the UNI 11743: 2019 standard and the main European recommendations. These innovations promote circular economy by producing renewed cellulose-based material, saving up to 95% of plastic placed on the market, thus safeguarding our planet.

BIODEGRADABLE AND COMPOSTABLE PACKAGING

AN ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

Our compostable packaging stands for quality, performance and safety. Due to biodegradability, compostability and the high quantity of renewable raw materials, our products have a reduced environmental impact with significant advantages throughout the production-consumption-disposal cycle. Laboratory tests conducted on our multi-material multilayer packaging by the most authoritative international bodies confirm an optimized organic recovery, respecting the compostability parameters defined by the international standard UNI EN 13432. Knowledge and environmental awareness when it comes to carefully selecting our raw materials contibute to making our packaging recyclable and compostable, confirming yet again the leading position of Plastigraf Trevigiana in research and innovation.

CERTIFICATIONS

In 2018 Plastigraf obtains the BRCGS Packaging Materials Certification, nowadays considered as a necessary requirement to operate in the food packaging sector. In 2019 the company gets also the FSC® Certification proving its active contribute to responsible forest management. In 2020 the company gets the PEFC Certification.

With our new machineries, supported by the most sophisticated existing technologies, we continuously strive to guarantee excellent quality at every stage of production. Thanks to the BRCGS standard we ensure a constant and certified quality both during the whole process and in the finished product; to be sure of this we only combine high quality materials, after having selected them from a documentary point of view in order to guarantee compliance with European and Italian standards regarding multi-material multi-layer materials and carry out meticulous checks on raw materials, during the process and on the finished product .

ABOUT US

Plastigraf Trevigiana has been dealing since 1980 with lamination of paper (sheets or bopps) and cardboard with polypropylene and polyester film. In 2018 we obtained the BRCGS Packaging Materials Certification to allow us to produce a fully certified multilayer that can satisfy the needs of food packaging customers.
